Some commercial jobs are bigger than our franchisees can do on their own, so we wanted to help them land these big jobs. Our Commercial Co-Op Program provides great resources including:
- Help reading blue prints
- Cover special insurance and licensing requirements
- Project management for complex jobs
- Handling the financial burden
Most of the sales done in this program are $25,000 and above, providing franchisees with another great revenue source. The franchisee provides a local resource and contact for the client while the corporate team manages the remainder of the project.
