Gotcha Covered remains the technology leader in the window covering industry, and the gap just got a little wider. This month, we added 2 new features to our CRM to help further streamline business for our franchisees. Introducing automated text messaging and pay now!
Text messages are read, on average, within 5 seconds of receiving with 90% of all text messages read in under 3 minutes! This is why we introduced Automated SMS Integration to our CRM. This new feature allows franchisees to schedule reminder and follow up text messages to their clients. It takes no extra time for the franchisee, but they get all the advantages of instant attention from their clients. The franchisees are raving about the feature.
And not to be outdone, we have a Pay Now feature to allow franchisees to collect payments directly from the online automated quote. These much-anticipated features are just another way we are continually improving our franchisees’ experience.
