Nowhere does our experience and expertise shine more than in our training. Every class ends with an honest assessment of how we did that time, and what we can do better next time. We listen to the reactions and learn more ourselves every time franchisees share candid, in-depth responses. We have several days of workshops designed to take the experiences they had (the wins and losses) and discuss them with our training staff and other new franchisees.
