Greg and Bethany Smith – Huntsville, Alabama

Both originally from Alabama, Greg and Bethany reconnected while both working in Florida. Together, they moved back to Huntsville and got married. Greg has a passion for bringing work opportunities to those struggling within their community. Their goal is to create a business so people can support themselves, receive job certification, and then give back to company. Initially, Bethany and Greg will handle all of the day-to-day operations with the intention of slowly bringing in others to help with office management and installations.

Kendra and Michael Highley – Gretna, Nebraska

Kendra and Michael met in pharmacy school in St. Louis. They have both been working in the pharmaceutical world until just recently, when they both felt the strain of the industry and began looking for something different. After careful research, they decided that Gotcha Covered was an excellent fit, appealing to their desire to do something more creative and also the ability to have a better work-life balance. They are excited to start this business together and to be able to have more time together as a family.

Chris Pelletier – Dallas, Texas

Chris is going to be joining his mother-in-law, Shannon Streater, owner of Gotcha Covered of Park Cities. He has been an independent installer for a number of years now, providing service in the Dallas Fort Worth and surrounding areas of Texas. The goal is to bring Chris in as an assisting owner/operator and begin transitioning full ownership over to him.
